Hapa Bistro Booking Policy
We look forward to welcoming you for dinner, served Friday–Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Reservations are required through RESY, though we may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings by phone — please give us a call. We’re unable to accept walk-ins at this time.

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Most seatings are for 1.5 hours, and reservations at 7:00 PM or later have no time limit.

A 20% service charge is applied to parties of six or more. You’re welcome to bring your own wine for a corkage fee of $35 per bottle (max 2 per party), and we also offer a thoughtfully curated wine list.

If your plans change, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours, as well as no-shows or fewer guests than reserved, will incur a charge of $70 per person.

If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please share them with us ahead of time. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, some requests may not be possible due to the nature of our menu.
